Question: symmetrical pattern of leg infections, what’s differential diagnosis?
Pt has several health problems:
- Failed back surgery lumbar 5
- Chronic back pain
- Mobility problems, mainly in wheelchair
- Migraine
- Light sleep apnea
- Atrial fibrillation
- Status after laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery
- Vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiency
- Diabetes mellitus type 2
- Sort of “quick metabolizer”
- Asthma / bronchitis
- Osteopenia
