I am working in a periphery... few months back that 35 yr old female came to me with these lesions..... need help with diagnosis.

Mild Erythema multiforme, unknown etiology

12 m.o. M recently started on amoxicillin for "suspected pneumonia".

55 y/o female with 1 week of this painful eruption on her thigh.

patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history.
