Case Summary

6 m.o. M who recently arrived from Venezuela. Has this rash in both his feet for 4 wks. Delayed in vaccines. No other symptoms. He has similar lesions in right hand. They are not itchy.

  1. 66M recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma. Rash has been present for around 1 month and is itchy. Never had anything like this before. Also present behind ears bilaterally. Not present anywhere else.

  2. Male 40s with no Hx of medical problems. He presented several weeks ago with rash to arms, hands and feet. Labs drawn which were all normal except blood sugar mildly elevated. Treated with climdamycin, decadron in office. Presents today with worsening rash to arms and hands. The rash to his feet has resolved.

  3. 30 yo patient presents with forearm rash for one week. Today, patient developed bumps and small irritation on both hands. No itching or pain.

  4. 55 y.o male with a 6 months erythematous scaling skin lesion. With persistent pruritus. Denies fever or other skin lesion, has used topical clotrimazol without any clinical improvement. Suggested Lichen-planus, any differentials?
