This is an intra-op photo related to my last post. Used Stryker Hoffman 3 external fixation to reduce and stabilize the fracture. Considered leaving external fixation on however the soft tissue was in good shape with no fracture blisters etc. therefore was able to proceed with ORIF, after applying the internal fixation the alignment was anatomic and the external fixation wasn't needed. Will upload post op films. #podiatricsurgery
