5 y/o male presents to ER after foreign body ingestion. Had a brief episode of airway blockage upon ingestion, with reported “foaming at the mouth” by witness. When I saw the image, I saw the foreign body (turtle charm) was in the stomach. However, myself and my NP preceptor were concerned with what looks like a widened mediastinum and cardiomegaly. Neither are listed on the radiologist report. I am still thinking this patient could use an echocardiogram, thoughts?
