Case Overview
75yo male with #COPD, 1 week of productive cough with progressive dyspnea and fever with chills. Past history of #Hemothorax secondary to a gun shot 40 years ago in left hemithorax. On examination with thick rales and wheezing on left side. Good general status, not much dyspnea and SO2 96% w/o oxygen. Labs: leucocytosis 18,500 with 82% neutrophils, rest of CBC and BMP normal. CXR in image. Opinions on with stripe going along left long from apex to base or any other relevant findings?
