30 yo male Pakistani immigrant presenting with masses on his penis. He claims he had them since he was a kid and they were bleeding until he was 15. Now he feels an intermittent itching sensation. Any ideas?

40 yo male comes in to the clinic complaining of a dry and scaley patch underneath his left eye. He's had it for about a year. He thinks that the area has gotten bigger, and states that the skin is wrinkly and always red. He doesn't report itching or pain. He initially tried applying a steroid cream, but it didn't help. He was maintaining the scaly appearance by applying lotion daily. He also tried an Asian cream that he says is for eczema, which helped initially, but no longer works. He went to see a dermatologist and the NP diagnosed him with actinic keratosis and applied liquid nitrogen. He hasn't seen an improvement since the treatment, which was done about 2 weeks ago.

This is a 37 yo male with no prior medical history presenting to the office for evaluation of a scalp skin lesion he felt while massaging his head. He's noticed it for only a few weeks. Prior to coming to the clinic, he was scratching the lesion and drew some blood. States that he had other photos of the lesion and it has always been skin colored. He denies itching or spontaneous bleeding from the lesion otherwise. He has no other complaints.

Male patient, 39 years old. He is diabetic, hypertensive and obese patient. He works in a chicken farm. There are 4 months this lesions appeared on his skin affecting the lateral chest. He said that lesions itchy. What's the probable diagnosis in this case?

10yr old boy, presented with small skin lesions 4 days ago, I gave him miconazole/hydrocortison cream. After 2 applications he developed a blueish discoloration around the spots, not painful, no itching. Larger area than where the cream was applied. Any ideas about this?? He is a healthy kid. No spontaneous bleeding/hematomas. Could this be a side effect of the hydrocortisone cream?

A 52-year-old man presented with a 20-minute history of chest pain radiating to the left shoulder and neck, associated with dyspnea and diaphoresis. He had a history of hypertension, long-term smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle. On physical examination, bibasilar crackles were noted on lung auscultation. An electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed in the primary care setting, and the patient was promptly referred to the emergency department.

A 28-year-old woman presented with a 3-day history of intense pruritus over the lower back. She reported no recent travel or exposure to new environments. She cares for a small kennel with approximately eight dogs rescued from the streets. Physical examination revealed multiple small vesicles, some clustered and others scattered, predominantly involving the lumbar region and the left gluteal area.

A 4-month-old male infant presented with skin lesions localized to the chin for the past 3 days. Physical examination revealed multiple small pustules with surrounding inflammatory signs on the chin, along with a few scattered papules on the chest.

Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this EKG that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric EKG?
