60+ y/o male c/o syncope, cp, sob on and off over a few days, upon arrival to unit bp 100/60, Sp02 94%, resp 20, A&Ox3. Patient starts complaining of syncope and cp, EKG done shows the following (look at picture). Patient begins to deteriorate, what meds do you give? And why? Lido vs amio debate? DCCV? What can you do if refractory to Initial DCCV on biphasic defibrillator?. PMH: CAD, HFrEF, HTN, DMII, CKD, hypothyroidism, MI 5 yrs ago.
