Performed ABI on patient who complained of bilateral buttock to calf pain since last summer. Preliminary findings suggest severe bilateral PAD. Patient was being treated for sciatica! With these symptoms, H/O smoking and DM, it seems unbelievable that none of her providers thought of this simple test to screen for PAD.

Shadow on PDW MRI plantar fat pad. 26 y/o patient complains of bilateral foot pain ongoing for 8 years, when standing still, and pain subsides if walking. No morning pain. Pain is a dull ache.
Patient was a skateboarder as a child and adolescent. Previously diagnosed with plantar fasciitis but did not respond to any of the treatments which count, but are not limited to: ESWT, cortisone, taping, 2x custom orthotics, stretches. Pain was a gradual onset. Can not recall onset event.
