Just got consulted by Infectious Disease on a 33 year old healthy female with increasing cough and the CT chest findings of multiple cavitary lung lesions with areas of bronchiectasis and "tree and bud" opacities (as seen above). Bronchoscopy cultures are growing: Mycobacterium avium (macrolide resistant) mycobacterium fortuitum & mycobacterium abscesses !!
