This 26-year-old patient of Maori ethnic origin has had severe itchiness on his skin and this rash appears on his chest, abdomen, back with similar on his limbs. Further lesions noticed on face and scalp. Initial topical steroid therapy yielded very little relief. Fungal scraping was negative. I could not see any burrows on close inspection. Any ideas what this might be?
