64 y/o female presented skin lesions six months ago. They progressively grew, w/o remission. At this point, there are no other lesions. She had no previous treatments and ANA test is negative. Skin biopsy disclosed a non-inflammatory subepidermal blister when stained by HE and direct immunofluorescence demonstrated IgG, IgA and C3 linear deposits at the basement membrane. Diagnosis?
