A new case of Multibacillary Lepromatous. There are so many hypopigmented lesions all over his body. The 3 main cardinal signs of leprae are:
- Hypo/anesthetic lesion
- Peripheral nerve thickening
- Acid fast bacilli positive.
This patient has all of the main cardinal signs. There is also glove stocking anesthesia on his palmar.

- Stria on flank.
- Oblique stria
- Pink color
- Mirror image of the strias. DIAGNOSIS?
