Case Description
EKG for a 30yo F with CP, no risk factors, no cardiac family history. Negative first troponin. Look at V1 with Wellenoid deep(ish) symmetric T wave and V2 with Wellenoid biphasic T wave? Cardiology unimpressed, 8 hours later, elevated troponin, got cath with 90% LAD. Thoughts?
