She has a knee replacement 2 years ago and since the surgery there is some pain and sensitivity over the anterior knee. The hypopigmentation has been there for a few years and is unrelated. There is slight erythema but no effusion. No fevers and able to walk well on the knee other than the pain.

Male, 63 years old. He reports pain in the left knee. The pain is, continued, localized that worsens with movement, overload and improvement with NSAIDs. He has always worked with rural service. A knee radiograph and a USG were ordered. Considering the clinical presentation and the exams, what is the better treatment for this patient?



15 yo fe with knee pain. No trauma, had similar pain last year but it resolved. Knee is swollen and warm to touch.



22y/o F. Has had this for over a year. Its on right knee cap. No pain.



[Male, 50 year old patient. Had these painful lesions for over 15 years. Only to the front of the leg. Tried topical treatments, grafting, hyperbaric treatment with no improvement. Willing to try anything. Pain +++.
Currently using tacrolimus and 40mm/Hg compression toe to knee. And non-compression bandaging knee to groin.
Similar on right lower leg but not as severe.
Has quarterly testosterone injections

patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
