noted bilaterally on 4th digits of feet on 13 y/o male. Pt. has hx of bilateral polydactyly, cryptorchidism, WPW, ASD, VSD, bilateral VUR. Pt. is at Tanner level 1. Mentally, parents say he is normal. I admit this one has me stumped. Any thoughts?
