PALPITATIONS

Male patient, 35 years old, with no relevant personal history.

He comes to the consultation due to an episode of palpitations at rest, predominantly at night, several minutes long, that has been developing for several weeks.

He does not report any accompanying chest pain or dyspnea.

BP 130/70, SatO2 98%. Glucose 85

Cardiovascular examination revealed no murmurs, ankle edema or pathological respiratory sounds. Eupneic.

An ECG is performed with the results attached.

What diagnosis do you consider most likely?

Update 1
In the face of the findings of clinical suspicion of an early repolarization pattern, echocardiography and home monitoring of electrocardiographic recording (kardia) will be performed.

Update 2
Echocardiography: Cardiac cavities of normal dimensions. Preserved biventricular function. Absence of valvulopathies.
