5 year old female patient with history of these skin lesions which first appeared approximately 1 year ago as reported by parent. Top photo is before parent explained that the child was itching the lesion on the right. Bottom photo after itching and bandaid coverage for one day. Child also has several smaller lesions identical to these two on her lower extremities bilaterally. They are raised. I was thinking maybe a simple verruca or maybe some #Neurofibromas? Not an expert on skin lesions by any means so any help would be appreciated.

A Paediatric, 1yr 6months female presents with multiple keloidal papules, appearing on the trunk, thighs and face, lasting 11months. It appeared first on the thigh (3rd pics, arrow) but resolved without treatment few weeks later leaving scars behind. Parent reported no itching or pain associated. PMHx unremarkable, PMedHx unremarkable no family hx of skin problems. Parent complained to a Paediatrician (who advised parent to ignore) at onset. Recommendations??
