Case Description

Granulation healing of a partially amputated finger. The bone and nerve were clipped, nail bed repaired and then the rest was left to heal by granulation.

Similar Cases

Patient Details: Proximal tibia 10/12, bone healed well though abnormal healing though growth plate.

Details: Significant progress. Returned to basics with wet-to-dry dressings in tunneling areas and xeroform on granulation. Drainage persists, odor not present.

Details: Wound dressed with honey. Note granulations. Update case.

Details: PD catheter exit site infection that warrants empiric antibiotics or just early granulation?
