Testicular swelling

24 year old male presents to our rural mission clinic complaining of left testicular swelling. Exam reveals left teste grossly enlarged, on palpation teste firm and round with no lumps, no tenderness. Denies pain. We perform bedside point of care ultrasound and teste appears homogeneous. However, we are not radiological experts to we refer him to a larger center with radiological capacity.
