3 yo F presents to UC with father. He states she was running in the park and fell- since then won't bear weight on affected foot. On exam the foot is swollen and TTP over mid and forefoot (hard to elicit point TTP as child was crying through the exam). No abrasions. Able to wiggle her toes on command but won't bear weight. Ankle and knee move freely without pain. VSS. What do you see and how would you manage if this was your clinic on the weekend?
