60 yoM with no hx skin or other CA who has lesion on lateral lower leg which he reports is unchanged for many years although he does admit it being difficult to see. Diagnosis?

50 yo with toe lesion and cellulitis. He has failed outpt meds. VSS. He was admitted for IV abx and eventually taken to the OR per ortho for debridement. No osteo and not septic. Cx showed MSSA. He had this same thing happen to his finger 5 yrs prior. He was admitted at that time and taken to the OR. Cx was MSSA at that time as well. He is healthy otherwise.
Male of 25 y/o, smoker for about 3 years. Start 3 hours ago with several chest pain, he’s breathless, he said that he never felt this way before. He has taken 30 minutes before 800 mg ibuprofen but the symptoms continue. At the physical examination he had TA 160/89 mmhg and 120 BPM. He says that he was very healthy before the pain begins.
This is a 37 yo male with no prior medical history presenting to the office for evaluation of a scalp skin lesion he felt while massaging his head. He's noticed it for only a few weeks. Prior to coming to the clinic, he was scratching the lesion and drew some blood. States that he had other photos of the lesion and it has always been skin colored. He denies itching or spontaneous bleeding from the lesion otherwise. He has no other complaints.
