63yo Male admitted to Cardiac ICU with Chest Pain. Pt had MI and had Drug Eluding Stents X 2 placed. Was on Plavix and Aspirin at home. Upon arrival. To the CICU, the Cardiologist ordered Lovenox 100mg/kg for USA. The next day pts "chest/epigastric pain" increased and pt was going to be rushed to Cath Lab until MD noticed H&H of 6 and 24! He had a history of hypertension, long-term smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle. On physical examination, bibasilar crackles were noted on lung auscultation.
