This female patient came to me on mode of trauma rta , in intial presentation there was tense edema , so I decided to postpone the surger till soft tissue swelling subsides , after ten days I fix it with crossing k wires after follow up within two weeks there was a valgus angulation about ten degrees , so leave it as the degree is acceptable or redo ?!
