68 yo female, very healthy. Had chest pain after having acupuncture done on the left side of the chest for chronic chest wall pain (ruled out for cardiac etiology). Went to ED for pain, CXR showed 40% #Pneumothorax. You can see chest tube. Didn't think #Acupuncture needle could cause this.
