A 60 yr old female brought to emergency with h/o slurring of speech, right sided hemiparesis, deviation of mouth out of window period. Incidentally vitals stable. BMG 124mg/dl. ECG was done. And Troponins were positive. This patient had an acute haemorrhagic stroke (ICH) with no midline shift and minimal cerebral edema on CT with acute coronary syndrome. How will you go ahead with the management.
