Follow up from PT with growths on elbow, also has places on penis. PT states spots on penis have been there approx. 3 years. Places on elbows 2 with worsening. PT has been RX steroid cream for penis but did not clear. PT also has places on scalp. Ideas? Treatment options?

50 yo female tripped on a curb. Caught herself with extended/locked arms. She fractured & dislocated BOTH elbows. Arrows point to the bone that is fractured. Patient will have surgery to get screws to hold elbow in place. Only 1% of elbow fractures break this way and she did it twice.
