Dissection of aorta 3 type

40M s/p MVC. Bilateral needle decompression (image 1,yellow catheter). Clam shell thoracotomy with cross clamp of aorta below the aortic arch to shunt blood to the lungs, heart, and brain. Last ditch effort to maintain perfusion. Pt had a hole in aorta below the clamp. Pt died. (Image 3) black spots on lung = smoker.
