59 y/o male with sharp and pressure like pain in the center of his chest, non-radiating, 5/10. Pt has HLD but only takes OTC supplements to control HLD. Pt has family hx of MI. Father and 2 brothers had MIs and died. All vitals were stable and his pain got better to a 3/10 at the hospital. Question is, is this Wellens Syndrome? He was still having pain and the deeply inverted Twaves are not in V2 or V3.
