This is a female patient who presents for a new pregnancy with dermatitis. She has had very little treatment other than topical steroids and has experienced this condition for several years, accompanied by significant pruritus. The patient is from India.

• 36 yo male who has had hand dryness and scaliness for 5 years. Now has rash spreading between digits and dorsum of hand. No fevers or joint pains and entire rest of ROS is negative.

• 19 year old African American male. College football player. Has had the rash for six months. Has tried antifungal cream without relief.

• This 26-year-old patient of Maori ethnic origin has had severe itchiness on his skin and this rash appears on his chest, abdomen, back, and limbs. Initial topical steroid therapy yielded very little relief. Fungal scraping was negative.

• Presents with rash. Itches occasionally but isn’t spreading. States rash has been present for weeks.
