contact lens wearer presenting with c/o blurred vision and ocular irritation. Wearing her 2-week CL for 2 months before disposing. Excessive use of makeup and foundation on eyelids/base of eyelashes (fig 2) and poor makeup removal hygiene led to excessive makeup powder in tears (fig1) and excessive protein (and makeup) buildup on the lens itself (fig 3). G2 diffuse PEK on corneas OU not shown.
