34yrs/M admitted with C/o Generalized body aches, 3 day history of on and off fever which is temporarily relieved by paracetamol, Hypogastric pain, He also experienced nausea and vomiting with loss of appetite. NO PETECHIAE OR RASHES present over body. He was tested negative for COVID 19 but positive for dengue. On day 2 admission patient developed dry cough and mild difficulty in breathing.

• Temp: 99°F
• SpO2: 98% without O2 support
• RR: 18

Investigations

• COVID - RT PCR: NEGATIVE
• DENGUE IgG: Positive
• Platelet counts: 4000
• Hb: 12
• TLC: 12000

Critical Case of COVID-19
A 42-year-old male patient presented to ED with two-day history of fever and mild shortness of breath. He has no past medical history, not on any medications and is an Ex-Smoker. On examinations, he had high-grade fever and O2 Saturation of 91-92 on room air. Chest examinations revealed bibasal fine crepitations. Chest X-Ray shows Cannon ball opacities in both lung fields.

51yrs/F known Diabetic/Hypothroid/RHD Mild MR presented to ED with 5 days history of dry cough and fever associated with fatigue.

EMS was called to home of a 50-year-old woman who was found unresponsive and "trembling" on the couch. Patient was alert but confused on arrival to ED.

75 yo who is on blood pressure and cholesterol medications presents with 2 days of cough and sinus congestion.

A 52-year-old man presented with a 20-minute history of chest pain radiating to the left shoulder and neck, associated with dyspnea and diaphoresis.

A 28-year-old woman presented with a 3-day history of intense pruritus over the lower back.

A 4-month-old male infant presented with skin lesions localized to the chin for the past 3 days.

Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse with no chest pain.
