89+ y/o male came into ER for unknown reason. Not my patient, I was asked to interpret the EKG. Unknown Hx, vitals or presentation on exam. Just the rhythm. What do you all think?...

Why you should join Figure 1

Cases

This is pretty straight forward: Male unknown age, experiencing crushing chest pain that radiates down his arms. He appeared diaphoretic and in distress.

79y male complaining of mild chest pain in the last 8 hours. BP 170/90 mmHg. Unknown medical history. Dx?

88 y/o male c/c low fall. Asymptomatic. Unknown past medical history. Initial rhythm strip and 12 lead attached.

Called out for a fall. Found an 89+ female who fell while getting out of bed. Complained of indegestion, nausea, and vomiting for several hours. Denies chest pain, denies SOB. Unknown PMH, unknown meds. Pt. appeared ill but denied wanting to be evaluated or transported initially. After several attempts to convince her, she consented to evaluation. EKG obtained and about was found.
