44 y/o female was brought to the emergency department by EMS after being found difficult to arouse by daughter 2 hours pta. Patient had difficulty recognizing family and had speech disturbance lasting about 1 hour, now resolved. No lateralizing symptoms, headache, or other complaints. Your thoughts?
