8 y/o male presenting with pustular rash.
Vesicles appeared yesterday and pt began running a mild fever approx 12 hours later. No sore throat, family has not changed soaps and he has not taken any new meds. Ideas?

patient traveled to Mexico one year ago and breaks out into rashes on a daily basis. She has bug bites that have remained since trip. Patient has taken #Triamcinolone, #Paromomycin, #Tinidazole and nothing has worked. Imaging and blood work show no issues. Patient is healthy and has adjusted diet to no success. Any ideas?
