Hypo/ hyperpigmented skin lesions on a 21year old paraplegic patient has had these lesions for almost five years now, he was on dermatological some three years back with no significant change, the lesions demonstrate a positive evoked scaly sign when dry. The lesions are present all over the body, he is not on any long term meds for any illness, has no known drug or food allergy. Common lab tests for our low resource settings have largely come normal. Any diagnosis and any treatment options will be hugely appreciated.
