Case Presentation

8 y/o female presented to pharmacist. No chronic conditions, currently healthy. Has had this for a few months, according to the child. The mother remembers a little aphthous type sore several months ago but thought it resolved. No pain, no color change, no growth since mom noticed it a month ago. To whom she should be referred (Dentist? OMFS? Derm?)?

18yo F, lip biting frequently for the last 3 months. Still the patients continued biting. Notice how the envelope has emerged the lining mucosa. Treatment is surgical removal. If ruptures during removal, couretage is necessary and recidive is possible, although almost rare.
