male 60 yrs old. No know medical problems, mentionned inguinal rash on PNC in the past. Treated for lower leg cellulitid on tazocin 1day, ceftriaxone 1 day and now on Cefazolin with apparance of this bilateral inguinal rash, non pruritic. No other rashes on skin no sign anaphylaxia. Type IV reaction ? Any thought ??
