Male, 49, weight loss (10kg in 6 months), polyarticular pain with edema in big joints, and this dermatologics lesions 1 month after. There is testicular edema and pain too. Abdominal US with ascite, portal hypertension, chronic fibrosis in hepatic parenchyma and hyperecogenic peri portal. What is this?!

64 years old male. He has been complaining of edema in the left leg and pain in the ipsilateral calf for a month. This pain causes intermittent claudication. He said that a week ago the edema and pain also affected the right leg. He has liver cirrhosis and arterial hypertension. Could this be caused by a peripheral arterial disease?
61 year old male with a 10 year history of heart failure. Has no history of hypertension, diabetes or #Hyperlipidemia. He has a previous history of DVTs and PE's. Been on warfarin since diagnosis but has recurrent thrombo-embolic events. He has signs of portal hypertension as well as #Gynecomastia.
Chest CT of the last patient with lipomatous pseudohypertrophy of the pancreas, portal hypertension/ liver failure, DIOS (distal intestinal obstruction) and lots of lung issues all secondary to CF.
