Neck mass and the eosinophilia that can not pass

A 9-year old boy presented with few days of right-sided uni-nodal tender cervical lymphadenopathy. There were no other symptoms. During the office visit, the blood smear showed ~2,000 eosinophils/microL. The other tests are awaited. The physical examination, besides lymphadenopathy, is unremarkable. I am interested in your differential diagnosis here and also further plan.
