Case Report
10 year old girl with no previous history of skin problems presented with these lesions since 6 years duration. According to parents, it started as papules which then exudated ?pus from the lesions. Lesions are non-itchy. Previous attempt to use cortisone cream didn't improve the lesions. Lesions are present on bilateral inner canthus of eyes, both corner of nasolabial fold and 1 lesion between the chin and lower lip. Locations seems weird. Clinically, lesions looks like seborrheic keratosis. For your kind differentials and management. I've attached a dermoscopic picture of 1 of the lesion.
