44 year old male, presenting with #nail #discoloration after consulting with various practitioners. Started on fingers last year, affected toe nails 6 months later. Previous tx - Trisporal BD one week for two months. Locerly nail lacquer, tea trea oil - all show no improvement. No reported systemic or skin medical conditions. Discoloration reportedly begins at #eponychium moving distally. I have sent nail clippings for PAS staining. DDX #nail #Fungal-infection #nail #Eczema

37 year old patient. Was diagnosed auto-immune hepatitis in the past but now liver enzymes are normal. Patient now perfectly healthy with no dm, not hypertensive. Complaining of yellowish-greenish (more green than yellow) discoloration nails and also horizontal ridges on some nails as seen in picture above.
