Two days ago, this patient presented with the pic on the left. Was given amoxicillin and bactrim. He was told to clean with chlorhexidine and put mupirocin ointment on it. The pic on the right is what it looks like now. And the second lesion appeared yesterday. It is on his right shoulder. Any guesses on what it is? And the best way to treat it?
