update. Patient with Hailey-Hailey disease. Picture 1 area on abdomen before treatment- picture 2 same area 3 weeks later after treatment with Clobetasol and mepilex light. Picture 3 is on patients chest-picture 4 is the same area 3 weeks later with treatment of Clobetasol but not the mepilex (patient didn't think it was necessary on this area). Patient also completed beach baths and oral anti-fungal. Very stubborn disease to treat.
