This 63 year old lady was admitted with a right fractured neck of femur. The history is that she had right shoulder pain the last year, which was seen by her primary care physician and diagnosed as frozen shoulder. What do you think about the NOF and right shoulder? Do you think there is an underlying diagnosis? What would be the next step in your management?
