Pt Case Summary
Pt is a 54 y/o male who present with an oral lesion that he noticed approximately 2 hours prior to arrival. Lesion is not painful, but has enlarged since onset. Pt is afebrile, no recent illness, or any other Sx currently. Pt has H/O HSV-1 and asthma, but never had oral lesions prior to today. Lesion is sublingual to the right of the frenulum that appears cystic in nature with some erythema surrounding the base. Possibly a mucocele. Looking for input with Dx and Tx.
