45 y/o female, thought she was bitten by an insect. First image is first lesion that appeared. Second image is one on the other leg but was treated with Betadine cream and had local reaction to cream. My first thought was that it is impetigo. But the second lesion doesn't look like impetigo. Any thoughts?

Five year old boy with history of ASD and significant atopy - asthma, eczema, multiple allergies including true anaphylaxis to grass seed and pollen. Onset 12 days ago of these lesions to right arm.
