39 yo male. Hx of T2DM and hypertension. Has been complaining of a sore and itchy penis past 3/12. Both patient and partner tested -ve for STIs. Nil symptoms of thrush in female partner. Became concerned when partner noticed the split skin. Patient states it's itchy around the sides. Any ideas?

38yo middle-eastern patient presented with 10days lesion near the frenulum of the prefuce, patient is sexually active with recent multiple partners. He complained of non-foul smelling discharge from the lesion associated with itchiness. STI screening with VDRL all negative. He admitted had rough oral sex 2 weeks PTC. Gave him Bactroban ointment and told probably it was from infected abrasions due to rough oral sex trauma.
