43 yo female presents with spot on lower left leg. Has been there for approximately 7 months. Started small and has gotten bigger. 1) 6 weeks ago. 2) a week ago. 3) today. Complains of itch to area with some burning that is minimal. Gets dry crusty and comes off when scratching upon itchiness. Keratosis or BCC? No previous dx of either.
