24F, s/p excision of pleomorphic adenoma, right hemi-hard palate. 3 year history of slow growing mass, from 1x1cm to 5x5cm, associated dysphagia, no drooling, no fever, no CLADS, no bleeding. Such masses occur more commonly in the parotid gland. #ent #pleomorphic-adenoma #Salivary-glands #Tumors
